Compressed air washing rotary drilling rig uses air compressor instead of mud pump on rotary rotary drilling rig, and uses compressed air instead of mud to flush well.
Reverse circulation is usually used, also known as gas lift reverse circulation. That is, the compressed air is sent to the gas-water mixing chamber in the well through the gas supply pipeline, and it is mixed with the water flow in the drill pipe to form an aerated water flow with a specific gravity of less than 1. Under the gravity action of the annular water column around the drill pipe, the aerated water flow in the drill pipe carries the cuttings continuously and is discharged out of the well, and flows into the sedimentation tank, and the water after sedimentation flows back into the well in an artesian way. When the well depth is large (more than 50 meters), the chip removal capacity of this drilling rig is greater than that of the drilling rig using pump suction or jet reverse circulation, so it is suitable for deep wells and arid areas lacking water, as well as frigid permafrost strata.

Structure of water well drilling rig?
1. Hydraulic oil pump: It is a double-connected type, the large displacement pump provides power for the power head, and the small displacement pump provides power for the four outrigger oil cylinders, the lifting mast oil cylinder, and the afterburner/lifting block oil cylinder.
2. Four air legs: small well drilling equipment consists of hydraulic cylinder and fixed frame. The level of the body can be adjusted at the work site to support and stabilize the body.
3. Mast: It is a frame structure welded by a combination of giant steel pipe, channel steel and angle steel. The inner groove of the channel steel on both sides is used as the track for the power head to run up and down to ensure the vertical of the drilling. The lifting and lowering of the drilling mast is completed by hydraulic cylinders.
4. Power head: It adopts the mechanism of gear reduction box. There is a mandrel with a large hole in the middle of the low-speed shaft. The upper port of the mandrel can be connected with the hose interface of the concrete pouring equipment to pour concrete; the lower port of the mandrel passes through the method. The blue plate connects the drill pipe and the drill bit. The high-speed shaft is driven by a high-torque hydraulic motor.
